     Attorney Zimmerman has been an invited speaker on legal issues involving disabled persons at numerous seminars.  These seminars are  attended by lawyers, insurance claims handlers, judges and physicians.  He has sopken at seminars sponsored by the New York Bar Associaiton, the New York/Onondaga County Medical Society, the Lorman Institute, and the National Business Institute.

 

     Even the New York Workers Compensation Board has used Attorney Zimmerman's seminar materials to train the Workers Compensation Law Judges.

 

Awards and Accomplishments

 

    In the 2011 edition of SUPER LAWYERS (c) in all of Upstate New York ONLY 18 attorneys were named as Super Lawyers in the filed of workers compensation law.  Attorney Zimmerman is one of those awarded this designation.

 

     For more than 30 years, Attorney Zimmerman has received the honor of being listed in various  Who's Who publications, including:  Who's Who in the Law and Who's Who in America.

Elective Office:

   Attorney Piraino is a Judge of the Town of Salina.  He was initially elected in 1993 and has been re-elected many times since.  Judge Piraino continues to oversee the Salina Town Court  as  an active Judge.   As a town judge he is responsible for overseeing many of the criminal and civil matters that arise from activites within the Town of Salina.   In addidion to overseeing the resolution of thousands of civil and criminal cases,  Judge Piraino has presided over hundreds of marriages.
